We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Facilities Coordinator . As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the monitoring and implementation of maintenance tasks, working closely with our assigned contractor. You will also be responsible for site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.In addition to these tasks, you will be expected to build and maintain a database of landlord and managing agents for our Italy portfolio, and extend this to Continental Europe sites as needed.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
