Role and Responsibilities

Transport guests’ luggage and handle vehicle parking.
Clean and organize common spaces, both internal and external.
Perform ordinary maintenance tasks.
Unload goods and organize the hotel’s storage, including returning linens from the laundry.

Requirements

At least 2 years’ proven experience as a Porter or Hotel Receptionist.
Excellent attention to detail.
Language skills: Italian, English, French.
Strong communication abilities to interact correctly with guests and internal departments.
Preferred: resident or domiciled in the work area.
