The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding and consolidating foreign markets, with a focus on Europe and Arab countries, and will play a key role in promoting our products to specialized distributors and, subsequently, to direct customers such as general contractors, public authorities, and waterproofing companies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and manage the customer portfolio in the assigned international marketsPromote TENAX solutions to specialized distributors and end usersContribute to defining and implementing the export sales strategyMonitor market trends, competition, and local needsParticipate in international trade fairs and conduct regular client visitsLiaise with internal departments to ensure the best customer servicePrepare quotations and independently conduct sales negotiationsREQUIREMENTSEducational background in technical disciplinesAt least 5 years of international sales experience in the Geosynthetics sectorExcellent command of English and Spanish; knowledge of French is a plusWillingness to travel regularly abroadStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented approachResidence within reasonable distance from the workplaceWHAT WE OFFERPosition in a solid, international, and growing companyOpportunities for professional growthTechnical and commercial training with continuous supportDynamic and collaborative work environmentCompetitive compensation package based on experience
