Job Description
The Area Supervisor is responsible for the operational implementation of the activities related to the distribution of the assigned brand in the relevant geographical areas, contributing to the development of sales objectives and the distribution network itself.
Core Responsibilities

Support the Sales Department in developing markets, customers and the sales portfolio, acting independently when required.
Support the Sales Management in supervising the distribution network and customer portfolio, working autonomously when requested.

Qualifications

Supports the Sales Management in implementing strategies for the markets and customers, developing market analyses and customer portfolios.
Leads the sales team for the area (agents, importers, branches, etc.), assigning sales goals in line with the commercial plan, defining incentives, and preparing corrective interventions.
Takes care of finalizing results, preparing periodic reports of activities and area performance, guaranteeing a flow of analysis for Commercial Management and the Brand Sales Supervisor.
Analyzes, evaluates and proposes new business opportunities for the brand in target markets, maximizing customer acquisition through close collaboration with the B2B CRM.
Manages the customer portfolio, taking care of one or more customers in the assigned geographical areas directly or through local branches, and developing and strengthening commercial partnerships.
Has the responsibility of managing the finalization of contracts (franchising, selective distribution, terms & conditions, etc.) in collaboration with the area paralegal office and general counsel.
Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving effectiveness/efficiency.
Leads the sales team for their area, assigning sales goals, defining incentives, and preparing corrective interventions to the plan if necessary.
Takes care of finalizing results, preparing periodic reports of activities and performance area, guaranteeing an analysis flow for Commercial Management and the Brand Sales Supervisor.
Manages the customer portfolio, developing and strengthening commercial partnerships in the assigned geographical areas directly or through on-site branches.
Responsible for managing the finalization of contracts in collaboration with the area paralegal office and general counsel.

Additional Information

Degree in Economics.
Excellent knowledge of English (C1).
Knowledge of a second language preferred.
Strong analytical skills.
Availability to travel abroad (50% of the time).
Previous experience in the role (1–2 years).
Interest in fashion business.
