Bossini SpA, a well-established and solid Italian company operating in the faucets and shower systems industry , is strengthening its international commercial structure and is looking for an Export Area Sales Manager .
Reporting directly to the Commercial & Marketing Management , the role will be responsible for developing international markets, expanding the distributor network and driving sustainable growth in assigned countries.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand international markets within the assigned geographical area
Identify, negotiate and manage direct agents , importers and distributors
Build long-term partnerships and structure effective distribution networks
Achieve sales targets in terms of turnover, margins and market penetration
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape in the assigned area
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts and commercial agreements
Coordinate closely with Sales & Marketing Management on commercial strategies
Ensure structured sales analysis and reporting by country / market
In cooperation with the Technical Department, support product training for distributors and partners

Skills & Competencies

Fluent English
Knowledge of a second language
Good command of Microsoft Office
Strong autonomy, strategic mindset and cross-cultural awareness
