As an Expert Sourcing & Operations Control, you will join the People Services area of EniServizi SpA. The team handles procurement management activities, from contract signing to finalization, including the documentation of the final process.
Main activities

Monitor the need to activate the procurement structure for the stipulation of supply/service/work contracts
Activate the technical units for the purpose of producing the documentation necessary to start the procurement process
Check the completeness of the documentation received from the business units and enter the supply requests into the SAP iess system
Collaborate with the procurement unit to ensure the procurement process is progressing.

Required characteristics

Degree in Economics; qualifications from different fields of study and disciplines may be taken into consideration provided that significant experience in the field is demonstrated.
At least 3 years of experience, preferably in procurement or contract administration
Good knowledge of the English language
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
Proactive approach and problem‑solving skills.
