As an Expert Digital Platform Management, you will be part of Enilive SpA and, specifically, manage and optimize digital platforms and processes, ensuring their efficiency, security, and operational continuity.
Main activities.
Ensure the overall functioning of Billing Platforms, in conjunction with other technical units and business contacts, paying particular attention to resource optimisation, cost management, monitoring and performance in line with service level agreements, in line with safety standards.
Ensure best business practices, in collaboration with the relevant functions.
Ensure oversight and governance throughout all phases of the project life cycle, from demand to delivery.
Study new digital evolution opportunities to propose to the business lines.
Required characteristics.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics. Other or lower qualifications may be considered, provided significant experience in the field is demonstrated.
At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in similar roles.
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
The profile is completed by.
Knowledge of business processes and the main methodologies and tools for developing and managing solutions in the following areas:
Experience in projects and solutions supporting Billing and Mobility Services processes in complex environments.
Experience and certification in project coordination and management using methodologies such as PMI, Agile, ITIL and DEVOPS.
Experience with integrated invoicing processes and knowledge of accounting/administrative rules and principles.
Possible knowledge of the main platforms and solutions in the field, in particular:
Billing platforms, preferably Worldline, SAP and Salesforce.
Mobility Services platforms for the provision of mobility services (e.g., electric charging, car sharing).
Integration technologies between components and software solutions.
Any knowledge and experience of:
Big Data & Analytics Solutions.
App and website development in the main frameworks.
