The Executive Director of Clinical Services is responsible for overseeing the operational practices within their assigned care group. This role focuses on adherence and implementation of value-based care practices and assurance of operational efficiency to meet organizational goals of exceptional patient outcomes and experience within the Value Based Care model. This position works closely and collaboratively with the members of the care group and coordinateswith leadership and interdisciplinary team members across the organization.This position will be working hybrid schedule, daily in the local nearest your residence as well as from home. Management may assign new duties, reassign existing duties, and/or eliminate function(s).Areas of Responsibility:Lead, supervise, and manage interdisciplinary care team members, ensuring alignment with company protocols, best practices, and performance expectations.Provide strategic direction and leadership to staff within the care group to ensure operational efficiency and excellent patient outcomes.Oversee and promote patient centered care through utilization of the interdisciplinary team.Manage adherence to company protocols, procedures, and workflows to optimize care group efficiency, patient outcomes, and proactive healthcare practicesMonitor and optimize group efficiency, ensuring that all disciplines meet or exceed organizational goals while maintaining effective interdisciplinary utilization and collaboration.Ensure appropriate application of the Company’s model of care and value-based concepts ensuring enhanced adherence to and achievement of key performance indicators.Monitor and manage staffing to ensure appropriate census and geographic alignment to promote achievement of organizational key performance indicators and efficiency.Utilize the company’s software systems to enhance patient care, staff efficiency, and ensure excellent patient outcomes.Utilize company-driven reports to enhance group performance, patient outcomes, and implementation of patient centered resources.Ensure care group comprehension and pursuit of quality improvement and quality measure initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, satisfaction, and experience to drive improved star ratings.Collaborate with appropriate staff to ensure timely and appropriate patient visits in a proactive, preventative, and patient centered manner.Coordinate ongoing training, mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members within the assigned care group.Qualifications:A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration/Management, or Social Work required.A minimum of three (3) years in healthcare management or related field and a minimum of 3 years in leadership.Registered nurse preferred. Nursing license must be in good standing with appropriate board/issuer.Demonstrated success in developing and implement clinical programs and quality improvement initiatives.Knowledge of value-based care, primary care billing, healthcare cost reduction strategies, and applicable laws and regulations.Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership skills.Should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills under all conditions and circumstances.Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and work collaboratively with other department heads, leadership, and key stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Team player with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate sound judgment.Ability to read and communicate effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic computer knowledge.Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working condition
