Amazon EU Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast‑paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support the FRITES and DE Country Managers, as well as the European Books Leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
Manage domestic and international travel
Coordinate and submit expense reports
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all‑hands meetings, off‑sites, and team social events)
Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on pending matters
Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
Help develop and maintain new mechanisms within the team
Qualifications
Experience as an Executive Assistant
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience leading process improvements
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
Ability to juggle multiple requests and meet tight deadlines
Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Good sense of humor and flexibility to change direction at a moment’s notice
