Multidisciplinary ICT Company, we support public and private organizations in their digital transformation with secure, efficient, and innovative solutions.Core ServicesICT Infrastructure : Tailored design, continuous technological updates, 24 / 7 support.Research & Development : Innovative solutions in AI, IoT, and Cloud, in collaboration with universities and research centers.Specialized Consulting : Cybersecurity, strategic training, and digital optimization..About the Role :We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant who will be directly reporting to theCompany Director General and assisting himMain Responsibilities :directly assist the Director General, providing support in advanced administrative issues;organize daily / weekly plans, meetings and calls;prepare meeting agendas;attend necessary business meetings, taking notes and sharing them with the relevant parties afterwards when necessary;organize meetings / conferences, and manage business travel arrangements and expense claims;support financial / budgetary processes and contribute to budget planning; assist with HR-related processes (e.g. recruitment, newcomers’ on-boarding, inductions and team training).Qualifications, experience and skills :university degree in relevant fields like accounting, public administration, businessadministration, law, human resources, finance, information technology or communications;in addition to the above, preferably +5 years of experience in a similar role.Professional experience in providing administrative / secretarial support to managers;Experience in organizing events, conferences or high-level meetings;Advanced user knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, and intermediateKnowledge of Excel;User knowledge of document management systems such as OpenText Livelink and ofEnterprise resource planning systems such as SAP;an advanced (C1) command of English according to the Common European Framework of refetence for Languages.Experience in working in the public sector within a multicultural environment.You are recognized as someone who cooperates with and supports others proactively. You work constantly to improve your own output and you learn willingly from other people’s diverse perspectives. You signal any need for change by explaining it and proposing alternative solutions. Your strong capacity for analytical thinking enables you to work with incomplete information and you deliver in line with stakeholder needs.Pay : £3,000.00 net per month + board and lodging paidSchedule :Weekend availabilityWork Location : LondonExpected Start Date : 01 / 05 / 2025
