Executive Support provides executive support to various executives with complex organizational responsibilities. Independently complete assigned non-routine tasks to meet goals and may work in a team environment. Serve as the primary support and act as a liaison between the executives and their organization. Support the operations of the local office.Key Responsibilities :Assisting executives in the use of company self-enabling tools including travel, reservations, and conference callsAssisting with miscellaneous administrative tasksArranging conference calls, video conferences or data conferencesArranging or coordinating travel arrangements and assisting with itineraries and visa / passport proceduresProactive calendar management. Assisting with calendaring / scheduling of appointmentsCoordinating work with internal and external third-party suppliers at the request of the executive or supervisorRequirementsHigh school degree (University degree is not required)Fluent English, both verbal as writtenAdministrative experience is an advantageCritical analytical thinking and proactive problem solvingStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skillsJ-18808-Ljbffr
