EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - Fixed Term ContractRole PurposeOptimization of the effectiveness and efficiency of the Country Head’s agenda, and support of the smooth delivery of regular Sandoz Leadership Teams’ meetings / agenda.Administration and purchasing support to ensure the timely delivery of services for effective and efficient Country processes maintenance. Support special events organization and central projects deployment actions.Supervise the Head Office services and facilities, while coordinating and maximizing external contributions on site.Your Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities include, but not limited to :Deal with complex administrative and organizational assignments independently and take care of general administrative tasksConfidentially plan and proactively anticipate Country Head / business needs in setting all necessary meetings / eventsManage and optimize Country Head business trips and related administration and reportingDrive facilities and support services in the occasion of formal guests’ visits from external / global / Region EuropeAct as project coordinator for administrative projects (design, planning, implementation, communication, etc.)Act as buddy for new joiners in onboarding on the main systems, procedures and processesBe available and to solve any last minute emergency Country Head / SLTs business needsManage the administrative activities related to IT, mobile and device acquisition (PO, good receipt, invoices, and contract management), in order to ensure that all the requests regarding IT tools and services will be processed timely and accuratelyEnsure regular touchpoints with local and Global IT, to guarantee clear communication with SLT and the rest of the organization with reference to the main IT changes and issuesSupervise with regular touchpoints the facility services provider on site and drive the external agreements to keep enlarging the company benefits offer for the Italian employeesCommitment to Diversity & Inclusion :We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.What you’ll bring to the role :Essential Requirements :At least 7 years of proven experience in a similar roleA minimum of 5 years of experience in multinational corporate environmentsFull professional proficiency both in English and Italian languageProven ability to handle confidential and personal information with the utmost care and professionalismFlexibility and agility in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with shifting prioritiesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and appropriately with senior-level and international stakeholdersPrevious experience in the pharmaceutical sector is considered a plusYou’ll receive :Customized development paths and free access to our on-demand training catalogsJob rotation projects that will give you the opportunity to collaborate with global teamsCorporate Welfare PlanRecognition Program to highlight your impact for the organizationHybrid Work Model based on flexibility and trustWhy Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
