OverviewNadara is a fast-growing renewable energy company with an ambitious pipeline of onshore wind, solar PV, and storage projects across Europe. We are shaping the future of clean energy by delivering high-quality, sustainable projects that accelerate the transition to net zero.As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our Project Management Team and looking for an Execution Project Manager to drive our projects from Final Investment Decision (FID) to Commercial Operation Date (COD).Your RoleAs Execution Project Manager, you will take full ownership of delivering renewable energy projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. From late-stage development through construction and handover to operations, you will be the driving force ensuring successful execution of our onshore portfolio.What You’ll DoLead and manage multiple renewable projects (wind, PV, storage) through FID, RtB and COD.Drive project success by ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and risk management are fully controlled.Coordinate project packages for FID and secure smooth decision-making.Define and manage detailed project schedules, anticipating obstacles and mitigating risks proactively.Oversee financial performance and KPIs, ensuring robust governance and value maximization.Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration between internal departments and external stakeholders.Support procurement in contract strategy, negotiations, and claims management.Supervise construction execution, quality assurance, and HSE compliance.Align with Finance on project financing strategies and with the Energy Market team on offtake agreements.Ensure a seamless handover to Operations at PAC.What We’re Looking ForExperience: At least 2 years in project management roles for infrastructure or energy projects.Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, renewables, environmental sciences, or related disciplines.Track Record: Demonstrated experience in renewable energy project development and/or construction with proven delivery success.Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of renewable project financial indicators and optimization levers.Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across Italy and sometimes Europe.Mindset: Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and creative problem-solver.Leadership: Strong team leadership skills with an empathetic and inclusive approach.Languages: Fluency in at least two of the following – English, Italian, French, Spanish.Other: Full, clean driving license.Nice to HaveExperience in quality, health & safety management for design and construction.Why Join UsPlay a key role in accelerating the renewable energy transition across Europe.Join a dynamic, international, and fast-growing team with real career growth opportunities.Work on challenging, high-impact projects where your contribution directly shapes success.Be part of a company that values innovation, collaboration, and sustainability.If you are passionate about renewables and eager to lead projects that truly make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!Funzione lavorativaProject ManagementSenior Technical Project Manager - OPS00015Project Manager – Manufacturing Transformation LuccaSenior Delivery Lead/Project Manager (TPRM Rollout)
