Job Description
Mangia’s Sardinia Resorts is looking for an Event Manager to join the MICE department within the Operations area. The role offers the opportunity to lead the planning and execution of high‑profile events in one of our prestigious properties, contributing to the creation of memorable experiences that reflect the elegance and authenticity of Italian hospitality.
Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution: Design and manage events from concept to completion, aligned with brand standards and guest expectations.
Budget Management: Prepare and monitor event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial control.
Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
Operational Oversight: Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution across departments.
Issue Resolution: Anticipate and resolve challenges to guarantee seamless event delivery.
Performance Analysis: Evaluate event success and prepare post‑event reports, including BEO, ODS, and P&L.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
Experience Enhancement: Ensure each event reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence and emotional guest connection.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or MICE coordination within upscale or luxury hospitality.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
Proficiency in event documentation and reporting tools.
