We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized professional to support our client in planning and executing events - from the first idea to the final applause.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering Unit events and operational meetings.
Define timelines, milestones, and coordinate internal teams and external suppliers (catering, transport, security, etc.).
Manage internal systems for expert and participant invitations.
Liaise with invited guests, handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and general support.
Prepare documentation for purchase orders and administrative follow-up.
Provide secretarial support, including correspondence, agenda management, and logistics.
Support event communication: gather and publish content on internal platforms (Intranet, Science Hub, Teams).
Keep the event planner and related communication materials up to date.
Contribute to the development of visitor materials and promote the Unit’s Visitor Point.
Profile:
A proactive team player with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a knack for coordination and communication.
