Role Description
We are seeking an Event Manager to join our team on a seasonal contract. The role is on-site in Alberobello and will include:

A full seasonal contract for the 2026 summer season.

The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering a diverse range of events at Tenuta Petrarolo Pistola – from private weddings and retreats to public cultural events and garden programming.
Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating with clients to design bespoke events.
Managing event logistics, budgets, and timelines.
Overseeing setup, operations, and teardown.
Leading and coordinating staff and vendors on-site.
Ensuring every event meets the estate’s standards of excellence in guest experience.

Qualifications

Fluency in English and Italian (required).
Proven skills in event planning, coordination, and execution.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in luxury hospitality or high-end event management is a strong advantage.
