You will also book transports, monitor carrier performance via KPIs, and maintain operational excellence.In terms of budgetingYou will gather and consolidate information to support transportation budgeting, including negotiations on transport agreements and prices.Team accountabilityYou will lead and develop your team, ensuring motivation, diversity, inclusion, and professional growth, including performance evaluation and development initiatives.Who we are looking forYou should have a Degree in Engineering, around 5 years of relevant experience, and excellent interpersonal skills capable of motivating and coaching team members.
