The Sales Management team provides value add by :
Defining, elaborating, approving and/or implementing overarching sales related strategy, policies, guidelines, and all related initiatives, for an assigned organization.
Elaborating or allocating functional budgets and resources, managing or coordinating roll-out of overarching projects (e.g., new Sales & Marketing concepts, contract formats, trainings).
Initiating and overseeing sales related infrastructure developments.
Maintaining close cooperation especially with Marketing, Product Management, Engineering and Customer Services.
Adding value by ensuring quality and efficiency of overarching sales operations principles.

Implements overarching business strategy, and derive sales strategy for global corporate key accounts or global key markets.
Plans, approves and agrees on budgets and resources, and coordinate account-related programs if necessary.
Decides on investments for principle tools, technologies or standards.
Evaluates and decides strategic options for business or sales operations in the assigned markets.
