Position: General Manager Food Ingredients Europe.Location : Northern Italy onsiteThis is a Business-to-Business role. Please apply only if you have experience in Flavours, Colours, Extracts, dried fruit and vegetables, and other value-added Food Ingredients, and not FMCG/HORECA.
Responsibilities

You will be in charge of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, NPD.
You are a specialist in Food Ingredients.
Develop strategies and formulate annual business plan; set market share objectives.
Lead a larger team: Finance, Operations, Sales, Business Development, R&D, NPD, etc.
Develop, lead, and manage all commercial activities of the business and implement an innovative, growth-focused commercial strategy.
Focus on new product areas and emerging markets.
Ensure profitable business growth and that commercial success is achieved.
Drive the entire business operations for the Food Business with focus on top-line and bottom-line performance; increase revenues and profitability.

Requirements

MBA from a reputed institute; 15–20 years of work experience in the Food B2B industry.
Responsible for driving the entire business operations for the Food Business with focus on top line and bottom line performance.
Experience as GM in Europe for Food Ingredients.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
You speak English and Italian.
