CATL's EV battery consumption volume has ranked No.1 in the world for eight consecutive years and global energy storage battery shipment has also ranked No.1 for four consecutive years.ResponsibilitiesCollect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projectsCommunicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs, prepare bidding documentsIdentify technical risks and resolving system issues during project implementationPrepare and negotiate technical agreementsMaintain client relationships and explore client needs and informationCollect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demandsQualificationsBachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or other science and engineering majorsFamiliar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systemsExperience in microgrid energy storage system development, familiar with grid-forming PCS (Power Conversion System) technologyFamiliar with the development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regionsPriority given to those with 3 years or more of experience in energy project (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.)Ability to read various English technical specifications and papers, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writingExcellent user needs analysis capabilities and customer relationship management skillsOutstanding communication and collaboration skills, presentation skills, execution ability, and logical thinking skills
