Our EV battery consumption volume has ranked No.1 worldwide for eight consecutive years, and our energy storage battery shipments have ranked No.1 for four consecutive years.ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.Customer & Partner Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.Reporting & Forecasting:Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.Track and report on regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.).Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware SPP teams to align sales efforts with company goals.Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and service enhancements.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals (Account Executives, BDRs, etc.).Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and coach for continuous improvement.Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success.QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree or above, preferably in science and technology, power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.Strong decision-making skills, capable of making accurate and quick decisions in complex or urgent situations.Some work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market.Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, promote collaboration, and willingness to travel overseas; overseas work experience is preferred.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Customer ServiceIndustries: Manufacturing, Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing
