Our EV battery consumption has ranked No.1 worldwide for eight consecutive years, and our energy storage battery shipments have also ranked No.1 for four consecutive years.ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.Customer & Partner Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.Reporting & Forecasting:Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.Track and report regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates.Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals.Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and service improvements.Team Leadership & Development:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, including Account Executives and BDRs.Set clear performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching for ongoing improvement.Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success.Requirements:Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, with preferred majors in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.Strong decision-making skills, capable of making quick, accurate decisions and implementing effective solutions in complex or urgent situations.Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for direct communication with foreign clients; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.Ability to set team objectives, allocate tasks reasonably, promote collaboration, and accept overseas travel; candidates with overseas work experience are preferred.
