Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership. Track and report on regional performance metrics. Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and local hardware teams to align sales efforts. Provide field feedback to influence product development. Lead and mentor sales teams, set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and foster a high-performance culture.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle complex and urgent situations effectively.Some work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market.Proficiency in English, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.Ability to accept overseas travel; candidates with overseas work experience are preferred.
