Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and collaborate with supporting functions to generate demand and convert leads.
Customer & Partner Management: Build strong relationships with clients, conduct business reviews, resolve concerns, and explore upsell opportunities.
Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and utilize CRM tools for sales activities.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with various teams to align sales efforts, provide field feedback, and lead and motivate sales teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle complex and urgent situations.
Some work experience and understanding of the new energy market.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel abroad; overseas work experience is preferred.
