Our EV battery consumption has ranked No.1 worldwide for eight consecutive years, and our energy storage battery shipments have ranked No.1 for four consecutive years.ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.Collaborate with support functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.Customer & Partner Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.Reporting & Forecasting:Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership.Track and report regional performance metrics.Utilize CRM for managing sales activities and data accuracy.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:Work with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware teams to align sales efforts.Provide field feedback to influence product and service improvements.Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams, setting clear KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.Strong decision-making skills for complex and urgent situations.Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.Proficiency in English, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; multilingual skills are a plus.Ability to accept overseas travel; candidates with overseas experience are preferred.
