Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership. Track regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates). Utilize CRM tools for sales activities and data management.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Solutions, Marketing, and local hardware teams to align sales efforts. Provide field feedback to influence product development. Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams, set KPIs, and foster a high-performance culture.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree or above in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.Strong decision-making skills to handle complex and urgent situations effectively.Some work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market.Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); multilingual skills are a plus.Clear team objectives, effective task allocation, team collaboration skills, willingness to travel internationally; overseas work experience is preferred.
