This role plays a crucial role in ensuring ESS projects are delivered successfully and high-level customer engagement with team leadership and is central to our expansion in a high-priority growth market. They combine organizational skills, leadership, and strategic thinking to drive results.Your Main Responsibilities Will IncludeProject PlanningDefine BESS project scope (S,A,B level), goals, and deliverables different stages:Develop detailed project plans, timelines (Gantt charts, schedules), and budgets.Identify risks and create mitigation strategies.Team Coordination & LeadershipAssign tasks and responsibilities to team members.Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams (commercial, service, product solution, contract &l egal, finance etc.).Motivate and guide the team to meet deadlines.Stakeholder CommunicationAct as the main point of contact for clients, executives, and team members.Provide regular progress updates (status reports, meetings).Organize regular meeting with key stakeholders and report to internal and external parties.Manage expectations and negotiate changes when necessary.Project payment & Resource ManagementTrack project payment milestone and ensure adherence to the program & deadline.Allocate resources efficiently (manpower, tools, materials).Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify potential risks and develop contingency plans.Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that hinder progress.Quality Assurance & DeliveryEnsure deliverables meet quality standards.Conduct post-project reviews (lessons learned, performance analysis).Your profile2-3+ years in project management leadership within energy storage, renewables, or technical infrastructure sectorsExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindsetProven experience managing teams and developing customers’ relationship.Skilled in solution-based project management, with strong contract negotiation abilityFluency in English and Italian (minimum B2 level)Willingness to travel 40-50% of the timeProject Manager CertificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) – PMIPRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments)CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) – Entry-levelWhy us?Clean and accessible energy is the key to a sustainable future on our planet!AboutWe are market leaders in the solar energy space with the strongest PV-inverter R&D team and we are the largest inverter manufacturer.
