Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Direct message the job poster from Xpower - IT drives your businessXpower specialises in ERP and DMS solutions for companies in the truck, automotive, parts, rental and motorhome sectors.Helping our customers work more efficiently, improve process follow-up, and give entrepreneurs clear insight into productivity and margins is the daily focus of everyone in our team.XDMS is among the most versatile software solutions on the market and, as a result, we are growing rapidly both in Italy and across Europe.We are now looking for new, motivated colleagues to strengthen our team and support this growth.Do you enjoy a challenge and are you a true team player?Then make sure to get in touch with us!Your roleYou will work in a team of dynamic consultants and will be responsible for the following tasks:ProjectsYou maintain strong relationships with end customers and steer the project through all phases: intake, data conversion, configuration, training, go-live and aftercare.You report the project status regularly and clearly to management and project leaders.You collaborate closely with fellow consultants and other departments, such as Layout, Accounting, Support and Development.For larger projects, you maintain a high level of collaboration with the client sponsor, overarching project management and/or implementing partner or manufacturer.General consultancyYou visit customers and work with their teams to deepen knowledge and increase satisfaction through training, proactive thinking and the roll-out of new functionalities.You identify opportunities, potential bugs and process improvements so the customer clearly experiences your added value.Naturally, you ensure you know XDMS, the Xpower ERP suite, inside out and you share your knowledge with customers and colleagues.You communicate about this confidently, clearly and correctly with customers and colleagues.ProfileYou preferably have an economic, finance or accounting background (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business Economics, Finance, Accounting or Tax).You can work independently, but you thrive when you are part of a young and dynamic team.You work mainly on customer sites and are comfortable travelling.You think in processes and you succeed in giving every stakeholder a clear understanding of the project at hand. You can also translate this into writing and work with clear plans, milestones and deadlines.You can present, explain and discuss topics smoothly for groups of customers or colleagues.You already have initial experience with ERP software.You are fluent in Italian and English.
