Position
ERP (PPM Opentext) Business Analyst – Finance
Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements that accurately reflect organizational needs and guide software design.
Act as a trusted interface with internal stakeholders, external clients, software engineers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
Create, review, and finalize critical project artifacts including requirements specifications, change requests, software specifications, user interface designs, traceability matrices, and product documentation.
Prepare and update operational reports from ERP systems, ensuring accurate financial and operational insights for Finance and Controlling teams.
Facilitate effective communication across cross‑functional teams, ensuring that client expectations are met and technical teams have precise guidance.
Apply strong analytical and data‑gathering skills to identify gaps, validate requirements, and support informed decision‑making.

Qualifications & Skills

Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
2–5 years of experience in controlling, business operations, ERP support, or financial processes.
Familiarity with ERP logic, financial processes, or workflow tools (experience with PPM systems is a plus).
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
Proven ability to bridge business objectives with technical execution.
Exceptional client‑facing communication and relationship management skills.
Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy, traceability, and quality assurance.
Problem‑solving attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
