The position is open in Parma.Your MissionThe Equipment Supply Leader (ESL), in charge of machines manufactured in our Italian Production Centers, is going to:Ensure proper scope of supply definition atKick Off Meeting.Manage requestof change of scope of supply during machine execution.Supervise and control all execution activitieswithin the scope of supply, aimed to meet requested delivery date andSidelquality standards.Monitor daily activities and internalmilestones.Support the cost control activities withinSidel Production Centers.Drive risk analysis and mitigation plans,escalate issues properly.Coordinate all parties involved in OrderFulfilment process aimed to achieve quality and On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery.Apply or supervise application of (Quote to cash) QTC-E (engineering to order) /QTC-S (standard) process, including SAP updates.Identify and ensure feedback for process andquality improvement opportunities.Report KPIs needed to measure performanceaccording to target.Manage and coach the team, develop teammembers’ competencies.Your ProfileBachelor Degree orequivalent.Fluency in English.Min 2-3 years of experience in the SupplyChain function.Experience in the beverage industry is a plus.
