With a strong commitment to the Italian market and a pipeline of large-scale projects, the company is delivering innovative solutions across S olar PV , Agri-PV , Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) , and is preparing to expand into wind energy .The team combines deep industry expertise with a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture and is led by an experienced leadership group. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where talent is recognised and developed.Key Responsibilities :Drive permitting and environmental approval processes for large-scale renewable energy projectsLiaise with regulatory bodies, local authorities, consultants, and other key stakeholdersOversee the preparation of environmental impact assessments and permitting documentationPerform GIS-based site analysis and support spatial planning for new project developmentMonitor regulatory changes and ensure project compliance with current legislationCollaborate closely with internal development, engineering, and legal teams to support project deliveryContribute to the development of emerging opportunities, including wind projectsIdeal Candidate Profile :3+ years of relevant experience in environmental permitting within the renewable energy sectorSolid knowledge of Italian permitting regulations and procedures for energy infrastructureProficient in GIS tools and spatial analysis (essential)Proven track record working on utility-scale PV and / or BESS projects; Agri-PV experience is advantageousExcellent project management and stakeholder engagement skillsProactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environmentFluent Italian and professional-level EnglishWhat’s on Offer :Competitive salary (€50–60k), with clear opportunities for progressionA young, dynamic team with excellent leadership and visionStrong financial backing and commitment to long-term success in ItalyExposure to cutting-edge technologies and a diverse project portfolioFlexibility to work from the Milan office with hybrid working optionsAn outstanding opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to help shape the future of Italy’s renewable energy landscape.
