For a prestigious Manufacturing company we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect (SAP) to define, evolve, and oversee the company’s SAP enterprise architecture.This role is pivotal in ensuring SAP solutions fully align with business strategies and processes, supporting a global transformation journey.You will work closely with international stakeholders across IT, business, and operations, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture and collaborating directly with peers in a flat, agile organization.DetailsLocation: EuropeWork model: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite per month)Travel: Occasional (2–3 times per year)Language: Fluent EnglishKey ResponsibilitiesLead the definition and evolution of the SAP enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment between business objectives and IT solutions.Design and govern end-to-end SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, SD, MM, SCM, SRM, MES, Analytics, Cloud).Establish and enforce best practices, development standards, and integration governance.Oversee SAP system performance, resilience, and disaster recovery strategies.Collaborate with global business and technical stakeholders to ensure architectural consistency and data integrity.Ensure seamless integration between SAP and other enterprise platforms (CRM, Salesforce, Data Lakes, IAM, etc.).Act as the technical escalation point for complex SAP and architectural issues.What We’re Looking For10+ years of experience in SAP architecture and solution design.Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and supply chain modules (SD, MM, SCM, SRM).Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred).Strong grasp of data, technology, and application architectures within SAP ecosystems.Broad knowledge of integration options (BTP, API/REST, iDoc, sFTP) and cloud/on-premise strategies.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT.Experience in manufacturing, energy, or industrial environments is an advantage.SAP certifications and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) experience are a plus.What We OfferA key strategic role in a global digital transformation journey.Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and international projects.A collaborative and flat organizational structure promoting ownership and innovation.Competitive salary package and strong career development opportunities.Ideal ProfileA senior SAP Solution Architect or SAP S/4HANA Lead who has operated close to enterprise architecture level, with a holistic view of systems, integrations, and business processes — not just within SAP, but across the full digital ecosystem.
