A career at ServiceNow challenges you to always improve.The Enterprise Account Executive will drive new business sales revenue within prospect accounts and a select number of existing Enterprise accounts. This involves territory and account planning, forecasting, utilizing business development techniques, and engaging with the ServiceNow ecosystem to generate revenue opportunities and successfully close sales.What you will do in this roleAchieve sales quotas for your territory quarterly and annually by:Developing a sales strategy for your assigned vertical/territory, including a prospect list and regional sales planQualifying prospects, developing, and executing new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streamsTailoring the ServiceNow value proposition based on research of specific business conditions and driversManaging pipelines and sales processes, including forecasting and closing opportunitiesArranging and conducting tailored product demonstrations and presentations focusing on business drivers and use casesManaging ongoing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and generate additional revenue streamsBuilding trusted advisor relationships by understanding clients’ IT roadmaps and driving ServiceNow solutions within organizations and the marketplaceBuilding and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and executivesQualifications include:A proven track record of exceeding sales targets while managing a small number of large accountsExperience in new business sales, particularly within SaaS/PaaS organizations, managing multi-million dollar dealsExperience in displacing complex or legacy softwareStrong business acumen, including developing business cases and ROI analysesPrevious experience working with Public Sector accounts (preferred)Ability to see the bigger picture and understand business driversExcellent communication skills to articulate value propositions and maximize revenue opportunitiesAbility to build relationships at all organizational levels, including C-level executivesDegree or equivalent qualificationFluent in Italian and EnglishAdditional information:ServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
