About the mission
We’re expanding in the Italian market, and acquiring new Enterprise accounts is a strategic priority for us. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in growing our customer base in Italy and contributing directly to Alma’s sales success. In a nutshell, your main responsibilities include:

Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of forecasted opportunities to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets. Source leads through a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, strategic partnerships (e.g., Adyen, Stripe, HiPay), referrals, collaboration with the Growth team, and personal network
Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and contract closure
Represent Alma at trade shows and conferences in Italy and Europe
Contribute to the optimisation of internal processes to support Alma's growth and scalability

About you
You’ll be a good fit for the role if you have:

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in enterprise sales in the Italian market with proven track record of success, ideally within the fintech sector or B2B SaaS environment
Language: native Italian speaker and fluency in English are mandatory as you’ll be working with both local and international clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships with C‑level buyer personas
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as in teams
