METLEN Energy & Metals is a global industrial and energy company recognised for leading the energy transition and competitive green metallurgy. Building on last year's success, METLEN proudly launched the first Engineers in Action Graduate Program in 2024. This year, we're back with a new cycle and fresh opportunities to make your mark.

Program Overview
During the 12-month journey, participants will rotate through projects within METLEN Energy & Metals' Energy Sector and M Renewables, contributing to our expanding international portfolio of solar and energy storage projects (over 12 GW).

Who We're Looking For
The program is aimed at recent graduates (with up to 2 years of work experience) who are ready to develop their careers. Ideal candidates should bring:


Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, IT, or related disciplines)

Fluency in English
Residence and valid work permit in the EU
Availability to work in our Milan offices
