Committed to sustainability, they play a pivotal role in the clean energy transition by optimizing their portfolio of renewable energy assets.What will you be doing?Oversee the Engineering Team composed of Project Engineers and Technical Specialists, leading and monitoring renewable project designs (mainly Photovoltaic Parks) throughout all project phases, from Technical and Economic Offers to Project Energization, ensuring all designs meet Safety, Quality, and Regulatory requirements.Define the strategy for executing design activities, establish and update engineering specifications, implement methodologies, processes, and tools to support engineering activities, and hire and motivate Project Engineers, Technical Specialists, and external support where needed.Ensure project engineering deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.Support Project Engineers in their daily on-site activities.Are you the ideal candidate?At least 5 years of experience managing the technical design of Renewable Energy Projects and Interconnection Design, with a proven track record on Solar and Storage projects.Knowledge of renewable energy technical regulations and safety standards.Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.Team management, leadership, good teamwork, self-starter attitude, problem-solving, decision-making, target orientation, excellent communication skills, and high organization and time management skills.Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.What's in it for you?Competitive salary and performance-based bonus.Opportunities for career progression in a growing, sustainable industry.Exposure to high-impact renewable energy projects across Europe.A collaborative and dynamic work environment committed to innovation and excellence.Who are we?Executive Integrity is a global executive search and recruitment consultancy focused on talent within the Maritime and Renewable Energy sectors.
