Responsibilities

Controlling & Risk Management Department at Customer Solutions Italy is looking for a Controller to join the Energy Sales Profitability Controlling team.
Controlling activities for Energy Sales Power Margin (Power / Gas), Cost to Acquire (financial CTL). P&L and Customer Value
Prepare quarterly forecasts and medium-term annual planning
Determine accruals for quarterly closures
Develop analysis of deviations vs. budget of previous year / previous forecast
Prepare Energy Sales standards and ad-hoc Reporting (KPI, monthly, quarterly, annual)
Support for the controlling approval of the price lists
Special projects related to Energy Sales (e.g. support M&A activities, CTS optimization / benchmarking, segment / portfolio valuations)
Reporting line to the Energy Sales Profitability Controlling Manager

Qualifications

Successful completion of academic studies in the field of business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling / accounting / finance. MBA or other advanced degree represents a plus
Comprehensive work experience in Controlling (3 to 5 years), with relevant exposure to the energy sector
Profound knowledge of Power and / or Gas markets with related the principle to plan and control the resulting retail margin
Analytical thinker with good communication and interpersonal skills able to succeed in a team of motivated and talented individuals
Well organized individual with proven ability to perform under time pressure and to juggle competing deadlines
Highly reliable character, taking ownership and showing a strong commitment to excellence, including attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access)
Good knowledge of ERP control modules (SAP CO / FI)
Fluency in English in written and spoken is a must, other languages are a plus
