DescriptionThe Program Execution Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating complex project deployments across the EMEA region for Vertivs major customers. As the dedicated customer point of contact the role ensures seamless project delivery by overseeing multiple project managers and sites while maintaining high service standards. The position requires strategic oversight of project timelines budgets and service quality along with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Success in this role demands excellent communication skills proven program management experience and the ability to drive consistent delivery across multiple locations while meeting customer expectations and business objectives.The Program Manager will deputise from time-to-time for the country Delivery Leader where requested to oversee manage and resolve issues as required in the deployment phase of the contractKey ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Strategic Management :Act as primary point of contact for customer senior managementLead and coordinate multiple Project Managers across different EMEA sitesDevelop and implement comprehensive communication strategiesManage stakeholder relationships and escalationsEnsure consistent service delivery across regional projectsLead customer engagement forums and feedback processesProject Oversight & Delivery :Monitor and manage project deployments from implementation to closureEnsure projects meet financial quality and contractual requirementsCoordinate resource planning for current and future deploymentsSupport regional delivery teams in day-to-day operationsOversee project costs and financial reportingOperational Excellence :Implement and maintain project management best practicesEnsure compliance with Health & Safety guidelinesManage International Trade Compliance requirementsDrive continuous improvement initiativesThe role includes temporary travel within EMEA to support Project Deployment for large complex and Global Sales AccountsQualificationsHold a relevant technical qualification at a high level in either a mechanical or electrical field3 years of program management experienceExperience in critical infrastructure data center or power solutions industryProject Management certification (e.g. Prince2 or equivalent) is preferredStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and toolsExperience with project management software and MS Office applicationsProven experience in managing customer relationships at regional levelExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsValid driving licensePreferred ExperienceInternational program management experienceSix Sigma certificationExperience managing programs with budgets exceeding $5MMulti-site and multi-region program management experienceVendor and contract management experienceExperience with Agile methodologiesAutoCAD knowledgeLI-LJ1Required Experience :ManagerKey SkillsProject Management Methodology,Project / Program Management,Program Management,Management Experience,Microsoft Powerpoint,Project Management,Microsoft Project,Budgeting,DoD Experience,Leadership Experience,Supervising Experience,ContractsEmployment Type : HourlyDepartment / Functional Area : Project ManagementExperience : yearsVacancy : 1
