Responsibilities of the Regional Marketing Manager Sepsis Solution
Reporting to the EME Clinical Marketing VP, you will be responsible for driving and supporting EME clusters and subsidiaries in implementing the Sepsis Solution marketing strategy to maximize business results, aligned with global guidelines. You will act as a key interface between global marketing teams and regional/local marketing teams, translating global strategies into market-specific actions.
This position is based in EME with approximately 30-50% travel.
Main responsibilities include:
Sepsis Solution
Demonstrate deep knowledge of the bioMérieux suite supporting Sepsis Solution, including key products like ultrafast workflow SPECIFIC REVEAL and VIRTUO, and understand their differentiation versus competitors.
Support the positioning of synergistic product lines such as BIOFIRE BCID2 for cross-selling opportunities.
Lead the launch of SPECIFIC REVEAL in EME, ensuring rapid adoption and customer conversion from evaluation to routine use.
Coordinate with various teams to integrate commercial efforts for Sepsis Solution products.
Leverage medical affairs to provide evidence and data supporting product value propositions.
Collaborate with global teams to deliver effective training to sales and marketing teams.
Full Potential and Other Initiatives
Participate in cross-selling and new product introduction initiatives, especially for SPECIFIC REVEAL.
Support subsidiaries in introducing new products and identifying new business opportunities.
Assist in implementing other cross-functional projects.
Marketing Plan
Help build and monitor marketing plans for clusters and subsidiaries, following the Marketing Plan 4 Impact framework.
Provide market insights and data to global teams to address regional needs.
Communication and KOL Management
Support communication events related to Sepsis Solution.
Maintain relationships with regional KOLs, supported by medical affairs.
Market Knowledge
Gather and share market, competition, and regulatory insights with sales and marketing teams.
EME Clinical Marketing Community
Foster information sharing, best practices, and training within the community.
Recommend organizational improvements to enhance impact.
Business Performance & Budget
Contribute to budget and strategic planning.
Monitor business performance and provide feedback.
Support forecasting and supply chain alignment.
Ambassadorship
Represent bioMérieux EME internally and externally.
