The role is available from October 01, 2025, fully remote in Italy or Germany, ideally in Northern Italy.Your RoleYou develop application logic for telematics gateways using Proemion custom tooling and structured text in CODESYSYou develop unit tests and hardware in the loop tests for the above-mentioned applicationsYou support customers on their work on the above-mentioned tasksYou support customers on the physical integration of our hardware into their series productionYou collect input on customer needs and compile them into good written input for decision makers and developersYour SkillsMust haves:Experience with mobile machine, automotive, or industrial communication network technologies and protocols (CAN Bus, CANopen, J1939, UDS, OPC UA)Git version controlManaging projects to ensure sustained growth and continuous improvementKnowledge of the fundamentals of information technologyProgramming experience in IoT or embedded applications (e.g. RTOS, task scheduling, linux, microcontrollers)Experience in at least one of the following industries: mobile machinery or automotive or industrial automation or aerospaceRequirements engineeringStrong communication in Italian and English, German is nice to haveNice to have:Structured text/CODESYSMobile working machines industry experienceCollaboration with customersHardware in the loop and software testingSCRUMInformation securityFlashing and bootloadersScripting in python or similarly high-level programming languageNetworking basics (TCP/IP, DHCP, routing, DNS)About UsWe are a fast-growing international industrial tech company at the forefront of the IoT and Telematics revolution with headquarters in Fulda.
