About ELITE
ELITE is the Euronext ecosystem to support private companies by connecting them to a skills network and capital to drive their sustainable growth in the long‑term, allowing them to access private and public capital markets.
The ELITE offer is built around three pillars:
Access to skillset and expertise via a proprietary training program covering a range of topics from growth strategy to innovation and internationalization, risk management to corporate governance and funding options; Access to an international network – ELITE members benefit from exposure to leading peers and advisors, media coverage, and exclusive events; Access to growth capital via traditional or alternative funding solutions, acting as a bridge from private to public.

ELITE has been a successful story providing concrete support to many companies, accelerating their growth through a comprehensive set of services embedded in an annual Membership for their leadership teams. Entrepreneurs, CEOs, and C‑suite executives benefit from workshops, networking events, meetings, and exposure to industrial and financial communities.
The core services of ELITE and its Membership for clients are continuously evolving based on customer needs, market trends, and innovative offers.
Key Accountabilities
Lead Qualification: evaluate and qualify leads (e.g., after sales events) to ensure they meet company criteria and secure a streamlined process for passing qualified prospects to the sales team. Optimize lead flow to support business growth and drive sales performance, working closely with the Sales/CRM team to ensure smooth lead management and alignment on lead quality and sales priorities.
Lead Research: use tools such as LinkedIn, Mergermarket, business articles, CRM, and other databases to gather new leads for the Sales/CRM and Business Development Team on a weekly basis.
Sales Presentation: support and prepare sales decks that the Sales/CRM Team will use during ELITE promotion events and with prospects, in coordination with the Marketing Team.
Reporting and Analytics: track lead qualification performance and provide insights to the Head of Sales/CRM (trends, pain points, opportunities for process improvements).
Integrated and comprehensive value proposition: interact with internal stakeholders to ensure the product/service value proposition is comprehensive and notably generates cross‑selling opportunities.
Product & Market Development across Europe: build specific sector‑oriented knowledge for the various products, identify market developments, and translate them into sales activities (outbound).
Your Profile
Recently completed degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or related fields;
Interest in financial markets, corporate finance transactions, and commercial dynamics;
Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Previous experience (even short‑term internships or project work) in sales or financial roles is a plus;
Fluent in Italian and English.
