Social network you want to login/join with:Electronic engineer with manufacturing process knowledge - ID 085, Porto Sant'Elpidiocol-narrow-leftClient:Location:Job Category:Manufacturing-EU work permit required:Yescol-narrow-rightJob Reference:0c815d1c4f10Job Views:4Posted:01.05.2025Expiry Date:15.06.2025col-wideJob Description:Company description: Civitanavi Systems S.p.A.is a leading player in the design, development, and manufacture of high-tech solutions for Navigation, Control, and Stabilization Systems, serving Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial sectors.The company utilizes proprietary technologies based on FOG (Fiber Optic Gyroscope) and MEMS (Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems) to meet customer needs.Founded as a start-up in 2012 in Italy, listed on Euronext Milan since 2022, and acquired by Honeywell in August 2024.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Electronic Engineer to oversee internal and external electronic industrial processes.The successful candidate will join the Process team, contributing to the design, implementation, and optimization of CNS electronic manufacturing processes.Additionally, they will monitor electronic supplier performance continuously.Responsibilities and Duties:Perform tests on new materials, machinery, and processes; evaluate performance; prepare detailed reports.Occasionally repair electronic boards and set up simple configurations.Draft and update operative procedures aligned with manufacturing process changes.Monitor internal process performance and suggest improvements.Support the Quality team by monitoring electronic board assembly performance.Collaborate with Design, Production, and Quality teams to improve processes using lean methodologies.Detect, analyze, and diagnose hardware defects, identifying root causes.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2+ years in electronic assembly environments.Strong knowledge of electronic quality standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, ISO 9001).IPC certifications are a plus.Experience with manual and automatic electronic assembly processes.Ability to read electrical schematics and datasheets.Familiarity with measurement tools such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and multimeters.Basic knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes is a plus.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset.Proficiency in technical English.
