Ingersoll Rand is a global market leader with a broad range of innovative and mission-critical air, fluid, energy, and medical technologies, providing services and solutions to increase industrial productivity and efficiency.Friulair professionally and passionately designs, develops, and markets a wide range of compressed air treatment and industrial refrigeration products.Job SummaryThe candidate will oversee Electrical Design, development, and support the technical work for Ingersoll Rand's Air Treatment product portfolio, which includes various types of compressed air dryers and chillers.The candidate will support and execute engineering work, ensuring alignment with ongoing projects by considering technical, time, and quality requirements.Maintain all design documents for design verification and communicate with relevant stakeholders.Select all electrical panel components, develop layouts, wiring diagrams, and collaborate with suppliers to optimize system cost and design.Essential Skills (Key Competencies)Minimum 3+ years of experience with electrical wiring diagrams/control logics and operational philosophy.Expertise in E-Plan Pro Panel or equivalent tools.Proficient in control panel wiring diagrams, internal control and indicating components, switchgear components.Understanding of EU regulation compliance for electrical systems; familiarity with NA regulations is an advantage.Desired SkillsUnderstanding of instrumentation drawings, including instrument index, datasheets, cable schedules, layouts, and hookup diagrams.Knowledge of cable sizing, layout, electrical component selection criteria, and panel layout.Experience overseeing product development cycles and managing modifications throughout the product's lifespan.Compliance with regulatory standards on electrical subsystems and safety reviews.Understanding of design and manufacturing concepts.Ability to accurately estimate product costs from an engineering perspective.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex technical information.Qualifications & ExperienceHigh school diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.Overall 3-4 years of relevant experience.Personal SkillsProactive, self-motivated with the ability to develop priorities.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering timely results despite challenges.What We OfferDynamic and international working environmentCompany share optionsInternal canteenSpecific smart working policyLinkedIn Learning access
