Social network you want to login/join with:Do you share our passion for renewable energy and a sustainable future?We are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join our Italian team.In this role, you will work on our project sites in Italy and may also support other countries in the region as needed.YOUR TASKSDuring the installation and finishing phase of projects, you will supervise and control mainly, but not exclusively, the electrical works executed at the site by subcontractors, focusing on:Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements at the site and intervening if these are not metMonitoring the quantity and quality of electrical work according to instructionsEnsuring timely completion of work for proper wind turbine commissioningYour additional responsibilities include:Guiding subcontracted teams involved in installation and finishingChecking proper electrical installationsInitiating corrective actions to eliminate defects, to be carried out by subcontractorsVerifying the accuracy and completeness of site reportsCollecting and forwarding technical specificationsReporting on site activitiesConducting quality checks on site and reporting findingsParticipating actively in site meetings (toolbox talks)Reporting defective or missing parts to the site manager for replacementYOUR PROFILEVocational training in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related fieldExtensive knowledge and experience in Low and Mid-Voltage systemsSeveral years of experience as an electrician on wind farms with in-depth technical knowledge of wind turbinesFluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)Project management skillsStrong judgment and results-oriented approachProblem-solving abilitiesWillingness to travel without restrictionsExperience working at heightsResilience and tolerance of frustrationProficiency in MS Office and computer skillsInternational driving licenseYOUR BENEFITSBesides contributing to a more sustainable world, we offer:At Nordex, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
