This Electrical Maintenance Technician position is part of the maintenance team and will report directly to the electrical maintenance Team Captain, working at our Forlì site.Responsibilities:The Electrical Maintenance Technician will primarily handle both routine and extraordinary maintenance of industrial systems. Responsibilities include:Preventive, predictive, and corrective checksInstrumental analysesRepairing blockages and malfunctionsResolving electrical anomaliesActivities will be carried out in coordination with other functions within the manufacturing areas.Qualifications:What you will bring to the team:High school diploma in Electronics or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in complex manufacturing environmentsAbility to read electrical drawings and proficiency with main bench toolsExperience in assembling industrial electrical systems and working on MB Tensione electrical substationsAccuracy and precision in workGood communication skills and ability to interact with peers, subordinates, and managementAbility to collaborate across departments, respecting rules and peopleAbility to set priorities, analyze reports, and proactively develop solutions
