The role requires a mix of engineering expertise, personnel management, leadership, and business acumen to deliver commercially sound products or services by setting and meeting project goals.As an Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include:Managing and coordinating a team of engineers to ensure successful engineering deliverables.Planning and controlling activities, preparing workload plans, and highlighting staffing needs to the Engineering Director.Assigning Discipline Leaders and technical specialists to projects, dividing activities between internal and external resources.Supporting project Discipline Leaders by incorporating contract and technical requirements.Monitoring project progress and budget compliance with the Discipline Leader.Participating in project kick-off meetings with technical specialists.Collaborating with the Proposal department to prepare technical offers.Fostering talent growth through coaching and training plans.Working with Procurement on vendor qualification and critical supply activities.To be successful in this role, you will:Hold a degree in Electrical or Automation and Control Engineering.Have deep knowledge of EPC engineering and contractor processes.Possess expertise in Instrumentation and Control sectors.Be a good communicator and fluent in English.Be proficient with MS Office and computer skills.We offer flexible working patterns, including flexible hours to help you work at your most productive times.Our company values our people, investing in their health, well-being, and leadership development.
