Electrical engineer is responsible for activities related to its discipline within a project. He / She, as part of a group of electrical engineers assigned to the project, prepares deliverables and executes activities belonging to the electrical discipline in compliance with safety and technological requirements and standards defined for the project.He / She reports to the Head of Department and the Electrical Discipline Leader assigned to the project for project-related activities.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in engineering design in the Oil & Gas or Power sectors is preferred.Proactivity, initiative, ability to work independently and in a team.Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).Availability for short and long-term national and international business trips.We encourage candidates who may not meet every requirement to apply, as we provide growth and learning opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesGuided by the Electrical Discipline Leader, main tasks during project execution include:Develop discipline deliverables such as:Single Line DiagramsLoad schedule / Plant load balanceNetwork studies and calculations (load flow, short circuit, stability, protection settings, harmonics, etc.)Electrical equipment specifications for MV and LV equipment (Motor Control Centers, switchgears, metering panels, transformers, UPSs, VFDs, motors, heaters, etc.)Earthing, lighting, tracing systemsCCTV, Public Address systemsElectrical cables routing, power distributionElectrical layout drawingsField installation detailsField equipment and accessories MTOAs part of the Department, the Electrical Engineer:Provides feedback to the Electrical Discipline Leader to improve group efficiencyReceives ongoing training to develop competencies and share experiencesStays updated on electrical design developmentsSeeks continuous improvement of technical skillsAssists pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities related to electrical systemsParticipates in manufacturer inspectionsLocation: Monza, Lombardy, Italy
