Innovation, research, digitalization, and sustainability are central to its business.We are seeking an: Electrical Design SpecialistSite: Torino / Pomigliano / Venegono SuperioreResponsibilities:The electrical designer will be responsible for designing electrical components to integrate architectures specified by on-board and mission systems, starting from ICD requirement documents. This includes producing electrical diagrams and wiring to define the electro-avionic configuration at the aircraft level. Specific tasks include:Defining electrical and electronic components (cable types, connectors, relays, diodes), providing indications for Electrical Standards drafting, and issuing programme specifications considering qualification aspects.Preparing and issuing functional and interconnection diagrams, equipment lists, and sizing/selecting electrical/electronic components and cables for aircraft and flight test data acquisition systems.Creating technical documentation for electrical configurations, modifications, and new systems, including issuing purchase lists and finalizing instructions for electrical modifications during development.Collaborating with design and production teams to finalize electrical designs.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Physics.Experience: Junior level, 0-3 years.Skills:Knowledge of electrical engineering principles.Familiarity with electrical design tools (Capital) - optional.Proficiency with Office suite.Knowledge of simulation tools - optional.Attributes:Problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.Teamwork orientation.Ability to work under pressure.Flexibility and adaptability.Proactive attitude.Good written and spoken English (B2 level).Additional Information:Willingness to travel outside Italy.Working with us offers continuous challenges and opportunities to develop high technological competencies.Location: C.so Francia, Torino; also Napoli (Pomigliano) and Venegono Superiore.Contract: Permanent, Hybrid work model.
