Compensation & Benefits
€50K – €85K Basic (depending on seniority) – inclusive of 13th month salary
2‑4% Company Bonus
25% Extra Pay when on customer site
Travel expenses covered (credit card, hotels, transport)

Under Italian contract – local legal requirements

35 days holiday (inclusive of public holidays)
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
Spending 30% of your time on customer sites across Italy and 70% operating from our facility in Milan.
Completing factory acceptance testing of control panels, ensuring systems are produced to specification and wired correctly.
Commissioning electrical systems at power transmission and distribution substations (installations can take 2 days to 2 weeks depending on project size).
Supporting project managers and technical leads with project development, device configuration, and system design.
Conducting site installation, testing and commissioning.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who:
Has 3‑5 years of experience installing and commissioning control panels, power panels or switchgear in power generation facilities, substations or power transmission and distribution environments.
Speaks intermediate or above level of Italian and English and holds a valid driving license.
Has a degree in Electrical Engineering (beneficial) or a general Technician Degree (acceptable).
Has exposure to SCADA, ProfiBus, Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850 or relay protection products (advantageous).
Can work independently; design experience not required.
Location
Based within a 1‑hour commute of Milan, Italy.
