We look forward to getting to know you.ResponsibilitiesOn-site supervision of electrical construction works on solar PV and EPC projects in Italy, with responsibility for technical, environmental, safety compliance, quality, schedule, and integration control.Report to the Construction Manager and the Construction Team Leader; collaborate with Project Purchasing & Logistics, System Design, Specialists, Consultants, Suppliers, Subcontractors, and the Client to ensure compliant project execution.Define project/trade scope, estimate resources, establish standards, allocate resources, schedule and coordinate subcontractors and staff, evaluate milestones, and implement change orders via the Construction Manager.Inspect, supervise, and report on construction activities in accordance with drawings, specifications, schedules, procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards per company procedures, legislation, standards, and best practice.Manage supplier and subcontractor construction & commissioning; implement KPIs, monitor schedule and quality against baselines, raise NCRs through the Construction Manager, and implement corrective actions.Ensure full compliance with QHSE regulations, legislation, standards, codes, and requirements in Italy.Ensure contractual trade schedules and payment milestones are achieved; prepare and compile documentation.Maintain daily construction reports and records; prepare and review work procedures, QCPs, and ITPs.Support Logistics with material distribution on site and incoming good inspections.Implement and process Lock Out Tag Out procedures.Execute and/or supervise all required test and commissioning activities on SCADA and Instrumentation equipment in line with the Commissioning Plan, protocols, and procedures.QualificationsElectrical Engineering background.Minimum of 5 years construction supervision experience in electrical infrastructure projects; 2 years of utility-scale solar PV plant experience.Experience in Italian EPC Solar Projects.Versatility to support and assist on other disciplines (Mechanical and Civil).Experience managing small-scale EPC solar projects (up to 10 MW).Good communication skills, written and spoken.Proven track record of completing construction on time, safely, and in compliance with technical and quality requirements.Experience managing Subcontractors to stringent time and quality metrics.Familiar with construction management tools, MS Office, etc.Knowledge of construction, labour, environmental and safety requirements and legislation.Fluent in English and Italian.Energy and BenefitsCompany culture: a space for creativity and innovation.International teams: collaboration across the JUWI group fosters professional growth in a diverse environment.Structured environment: ISO 9001:2015 certified matrix organization with well-defined processes.Professional development: opportunities for advancing your career.Smart working: options for working from home to support work-life balance.Health insurance: private health plan for you and your family.Performance-based bonus: bonus reflects regional performance.Meal ticket: daily meal support for workdays.How to applyOur energy matches yours?
